Claude Bakery – Terms of Service

1. Order Pick-Up Policy

All orders must be picked up on the scheduled date selected at checkout.

  • Unclaimed Orders: Orders not picked up on the selected date will be forfeited without refund.

  • End-of-Day Discards: Unclaimed items will be discarded at the end of the day unless prior arrangements have been made and confirmed with our staff.

2. Cancellations and Order Changes

  • All cancellations and changes must be requested by 12 PM EST, at least:

    • 3 business days prior to the scheduled pick-up date, or

    • 7 business days prior to the scheduled delivery date.

  • Requests received after this timeframe may not be accommodated.

3. Shipping & Delivery Delays

  • Claude Bakery is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier (e.g., weather, operational delays, address issues).

  • No refunds will be issued for such delays.

  • Customers are encouraged to file claims directly with the carrier if issues arise.
