- Orders not picked up on the scheduled date will be forfeited. We're unable to refund orders that were not picked up. (Items will be discarded at the end of the day unless you have spoken with the staff and both parties agree).
- Cancellations and Order Changes
Cancellations and order changes must be advised to Claude by 12 PM EST at least 3 business days prior to your requested pick-up date or at least 7 business days prior to your requested delivery date.
- No Refunds for Shipping Delays Refunds will not be provided for delays caused by the shipping carrier. However, you can file a claim directly with the carrier.
